How much time should I allow for the visit??

The estimated duration of a visit is around 90 minutes. However, you are also welcome to stay longer, for example in our bar.

Are there food and drink options on site?

Yes, there is a bar at the heart of the exhibition, which invites you to linger with a selection of food and drinks.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No, outside food and drink are not permitted.

Is the venue barrier-free

NEBULA is largely barrier-free. Please feel free to speak to the venue staff at the door or contact us in advance at kontakt@intonebula.com

Cloakroom

Lockers are available in the exhibition for clothes and bags. For larger items such as pushchairs, please enquire at the ticket office.

Are pets allowed?

Only assistance animals are permitted; however, in this case, you must contact us in advance at kontakt@intonebula.com.

Where can I buy tickets and how much do they cost?

Should I book in advance?

We recommend booking in advance so you don’t have to queue (or miss out, as there are only limited time slots available).

Do I need to be on time for check-in?

We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time on your ticket to avoid queues.

How many tickets are available per day?

The number of tickets available each day is currently limited.

Does each person need a ticket?

Yes. One valid ticket is required per person.

Do you accept cash?

Yes, cash is accepted at the entrance and at the bar. However, to avoid queues, we recommend booking in advance.

Is re-entry permitted?

Unfortunately, re-entry is not permitted.

What happens if I arrive late?

It is not possible to enter after your booked slot. In this case, the ticket will be forfeited. We cannot offer a refund or a rebooking. This also applies if you do not turn up.

Are the tickets personalised?

Yes. Tickets purchased in advance are personalised and non-transferable.

How many tickets can I buy per booking?

You can enter the desired number of tickets on the ticket portal. The number of people per time slot is limited to 20. For larger groups, please contact kontakt@intonebula.com in advance.

Can I exchange tickets?

Tickets cannot be exchanged. We will endeavour to offer you an alternative in exceptional cases, but there is no entitlement to a replacement in the event of a no-show or late arrival.

Can I print out my ticket?

NEBULA accepts tickets in both digital and printed form.

Can I cancel online tickets?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or accept returns on tickets.

What types of discount cards do you accept?

Valid senior citizen, health, school pupil and student ID cards are accepted.

Can I change my booking date?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to change your ticket after booking. If you are unsure, you can alternatively purchase a voucher ticket and convert this into a standard ticket at a later date.

DIRECTIONS

What’s the best way to get there?

NEBULA is very easy to reach by public transport. The Beelitz-Heilstätten railway station is a 5-minute walk from NEBULA and can be easily reached twice an hour by the RE7 from Berlin. There are also plenty of parking spaces available in the underground car park, where a charge applies.

Which is the nearest station by public transport?

By public transport, get off at Beelitz-Heilstätten station, which is served by the RE7 from Berlin.

Is there anywhere to park?

Yes. There is a underground car park available on site, subject to a charge.

CHILDREN

Is NEBULA suitable for children?

Yes, definitely! NEBULA is suitable for all age groups and there’s plenty to explore. However, minors should always be accompanied by an adult.

Are there discounted tickets for children?

Yes, children and young people aged 7 and over can visit the exhibition at a reduced rate. You can find more detailed information here: Ticketshop

Can I bring a pushchair?

Yes, pushchairs or similar aids can be left temporarily in the entrance area.

CLOAKROOM

Are there lockers?

Yes

What clothing is recommended?

Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes when visiting the museum. The premises are kept at a comfortable room temperature.

Can I bring bags, rucksacks and large items with me?

You are not permitted to bring bags, rucksacks or larger items into the exhibition area. Personal belongings can be stored in the lockers. For larger items, please speak to our staff. It goes without saying that items which could pose a danger to other visitors are not permitted.

What should I do if I’ve lost something or found something?

Have you lost or found something? Please speak to our service staff, ideally at the entrance area, or send us an email: kontakt@intonebula.com – our team at NEBULA will be happy to help.

Please do not leave any bags or items lying around, as they could pose a tripping hazard for others.

PHOTOS

Am I allowed to take photos?

At NEBULA, photography is expressly permitted, but without a flash or tripod. Please support the artists by tagging them in your social media posts.

Can I post photos?

When posting about your NEBULA experience on social media, please feel free to use our hashtag #intonebula and tag the artists.

What are the photos intended for?

Please note that the photos are intended for private use only.

HEALTH

Are there any strobe lights or intense lighting effects?

At present, there are no strobe lights. The exhibition is atmospherically staged and focuses on creating a mood-filled, unhurried experience.

Is NEBULA suitable for people with claustrophobia?

The premises are very spacious but are also largely heavily darkened. Emergency exits are always within easy reach and clearly signposted.

MISCELLANEOUS

How can I stay up to date?

NEBULA is a living organism that will change and evolve over time. As such, new and ever-changing installations will repeatedly illuminate the darkness of the exhibition spaces. If you’d like to stay up to date, please sign up for our newsletter or tick the relevant box when purchasing your ticket.

Is there Wi-Fi?

There is no public Wi-Fi on site.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted in the exhibition area.
